By accessing or using Card Arena ("the Game" or "the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use or access the Game.

2. Description of Service

Card Arena is a multiplayer card game platform. We provide entertainment services, including online card games, skill-based matchmaking, leaderboards, and a virtual economy system.

3. Virtual Economy and Purchases

• No Real-World Value: The virtual coins, gems, XP, and items in Card Arena have no real-world monetary value. They cannot be exchanged, cashed out, or sold for real currency.
• Purchases: Any purchases made through the Game (if applicable) are final and non-refundable.
• Account Balances: We reserve the right to manage, regulate, control, modify, or eliminate virtual currency or items at any time without liability to you.

4. User Conduct and Fair Play

To ensure a fun and fair environment for all players, you agree to the following:

• No Cheating: You will not use third-party software, bots, macros, or exploits to gain an unfair advantage or automate gameplay.
• Respectful Behavior: You will not harass, threaten, or abuse other players.
• No Manipulation: You will not engage in "win-trading" or intentionally losing matches to boost other players' accounts.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban accounts that violate these rules.

5. Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to access or use the Platform. By using Card Arena, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, graphics, and assets within Card Arena are the intellectual property of the developer. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Platform or included software without written permission.

7. Account and Data

Your Card Arena profile may be linked to third-party platforms (such as Discord). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your linked accounts. If you lose access to your linked account, you may lose access to your Card Arena progress. We are not liable for any lost progress, coins, or items.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties and Liability

Card Arena is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the developer from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Platform or your violation of these Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will indicate changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Continued use of the Game after changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
